Job Description

Overview It is the responsibility of the Kitchen Expo to assist the servers in all aspects of the dining experience by preparing meal trays and performing the following duties. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values. Responsibilities *Fills individual serving cartons with portions of various foods and condiments such as cream, jams and sauces. *Portions and garnishes hot coked foods, such as meta and vegetables, into individual serving dishes. *Removes plates from the table once the guests are finished with their meal. *Prepares garnishments on the various designated shifts. *During the closing shift, cleans all stainless-steel shelves, puts all condiments away, restocks. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Health card is required. Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone. Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
