Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, assortment gaps, competitor pricing, and promotional activity Support category managers and merchandising teams with actionable insights to optimize product strategy Develop dashboards and regular reports to track assortment performance, competitive positioning, and digital shelf share Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests related to pricing, market intelligence, and assortment planning Translate analytical insights into clear business recommendations for leadership Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with product management, merchandising, sales, and pricing teams to align analytical outputs to business needs Communicate insights and recommendations to business and technical audiences effectively Business Impact & ROI Monitor key business KPIs across assortment, market share, price positioning, and competitive coverage
