WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Technical Ownership: You create precise technical specifications, tech packs, and measurement charts for all Heavy Wovens products and ensure a smooth handover from design to production. Fit Development: You work closely with Designers during the prototyping stage, conduct fit sessions, and refine fits, silhouettes, and constructions while balancing design intent and manufacturing feasibility. Quality Ownership: You oversee quality throughout development and production, making sure every garment meets our brand standards and technical requirements. Interface Role: You act as the key technical link between Design and Production, enabling seamless industrialization and solving technical challenges related to fabrics, trims, stitching, and garment construction. Process Optimization: You continuously improve production methods to enhance cost efficiency and product quality, while keeping your knowledge of woven fabrics, finishes, and industrial techniques up to date . WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a comparable technical field. Your Strengths: You bring in-depth expertise in Heavy Wovens garment construction and industrial production processes. You think commercially, work hands-on, and turn complex technical challenges into practical solutions. Your Profile: You have 6–8 years of experience as a Technical Engineer, ideally in fast fashion or with a focus on Heavy Woven products for Women. You work confidently with PLM systems and tools such as Illustrator, communicate clearly across teams, and stay agile in a fast-paced environment.
