1. Prepare test strategy, plans, estimates, schedules, and execution approach.

 

1. Track progress, risks, issues, defects, dependencies, and quality metrics.

 

1. Coordinate with business, development, DevOps, vendors, and release teams.

 

1. Drive automation adoption through AI/GenAI-led use cases and CI/CD quality gate integration, with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year cost savings for clients.

 

1. Drive regression, integration, UAT support, and release validation activities.

 

1. Ensure timely reporting, governance reviews, escalations, and stakeholder sign-offs.
