Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Order Management (O2C – Order-to-Cash end-to-end cycle).
Hands-on experience in Purchasing (P2P – Procure-to-Pay end-to-end cycle).
Solid knowledge of Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing, and Release Management.
Good understanding of India Localization and GST requirements.
Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Progress), and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) will be an added advantage.
Proven experience working independently on SLA-based support engagements as well as implementation projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries using TOAD or PL/SQL.
Experience working in a client-facing role, including stakeholder interaction and communication.
