
Sales Administration Officer (12-month contract)
Job Description
Prepare and process sales quotations - sales orders accurately and in timely manner,
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and smooth fulfillment to the customer,
Provide and generate report on delivery date updates to customer, ensuring timely and transparent communication,
Compile periodic sales summary report of the assigned region,
Adapt to dynamic team needs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
