1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Job Description

The Production Lead is responsible for achieving Monogram Foods' mission by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed and complying with all food handling, safety, and regulatory policies.

Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Punctual and good attendance.
• Good communication, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to complete Quality, Safety training
• Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work in an environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated.
• Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

 

• Skills: Basic math, strong organization, and independent problem-solving.
• Physical: Ability to stand on concrete, walk/stand 100% of the shift, and lift 50 lbs.
• Environment: Capable of working alone in ambient temperatures and pushing/pulling up to 400 lbs.
• Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods.

• Insulated gloves as needed.
