What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key resource in ensuring our converting equipment operates reliably and efficiently. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and work closely with Supervisors, Operators, and fellow mechanics to address maintenance priorities.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of mechanical systems, including power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Align, adjust, and maintain pumps, fans, conveyors, and converting units with precision.

  • Fabricate parts using machine shop equipment such as lathes and grinders.

  • Respond confidently to both planned maintenance and emergency repairs.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

  • Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and communication across the operation.

What You Bring

  • We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate (433A) and completion of trades school.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.

  • Experience fabricating parts and interpreting technical drawings.

  • General knowledge of PLCs.

  • Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment.

Compensation

$46.34 hourly, DC Pension Plan, Group Insurance & Monthly Bonus Opportunities
