Job Description
- Define organizational strategy and solve critical business problems by leading data-driven analyses and providing insightful recommendations to executive leadership
- Lead high-priority strategic programs and operational initiatives from conception to completion, establishing processes and metrics to ensure successful execution
- Influence and align cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, to drive shared priorities and strategic initiatives
- Drive the strategic communications cadence for the organization, ensuring strategy cascades to all levels and managing the flow of information to leadership
- Manage time-sensitive and confidential business challenges by developing resolution plans and leading a coordinated response with sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Foster a culture of high performance and operational excellence by developing best practices and supporting effective team collaboration and feedback
