In this role, you will support day‑to‑day compliance execution by accurately reviewing data, identifying potential violations, and completing assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards. You should be comfortable working in a structured, process driven environment, open to learning new tools and workflows, and able to follow documented guidelines with a high level of accuracy. Candidates who demonstrate ownership, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within Program Compliance will be a strong fit for this role. What you will enjoy in this role: As an Senior Program Compliance Specialist, you will be an important member of the Program Compliance team, helping ensure advertiser promotions on the CJ Network align with client policies and industry best practices. You will work with specialized compliance tools to review publisher activity, analyze data, and investigate promotional content for potential violations. This role offers hands‑on exposure to search and content monitoring technologies, opportunities to collaborate with local teams and US partners, and experience delivering insights through CJ’s proprietary compliance platforms. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality compliance support to advertiser clients by ensuring their programs align with client policies and industry best practices Analyze search engine monitoring data to identify joined publishers bidding on client trademarks and restricted keyword terms Analyze content monitoring outputs to detect inaccurate, prohibited, or missing promotional content Audit publisher content against approved promotional details and advertiser program policies with strong analytical judgment Investigate potential compliance violations by analyzing performance data, referring URLs, and publisher activity patterns Validate violations and document detailed findings accurately within compliance and reporting platforms Own publisher outreach, including sending violation notices, following up to resolution, and communicating outcomes clearly with stakeholders Collaborate closely with regional and global teammates, including Program Compliance Managers and cross‑functional partners Lead new account onboarding or tool‑related transitions, ensuring smooth handovers and operational readiness Drive process efficiencies by identifying gaps, creating, and implementing updated compliance workflows and documentation Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, quality reviews, and on‑the‑job coaching Train internal teams and external partners on Program Compliance tools, processes, and best practices Participate in internal team meetings, pivotal initiatives, and special projects impacting compliance operations Qualifications A graduate in any field Requires 5 to 6 years of related experience and exposure in content auditing/digital media/client services role Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Determined and laser-focused individual who takes the initiative to solve problems Thorough and detail oriented with excellent time-management and follow-through skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and interpret policy Decisive with excellent judgment in policy enforcement Basic knowledge on MS office suite Adapt to the changing environment and deliver under pressure Ability of multitasking and emphasis on attention to detail Ability to follow defined SOPs and checklists Additional Information Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
