Key Responsibilities
Good knowledge on Instrumentation and Automation of OSD Process equipment's like Tablet Compression, Capsule filling machines and Check weigher, RMG, FBE, Tablet Coating machine, Blisters and bottle packing lines. Hands on experience in trouble shooting of BMS and Purified water system. Should have knowledge on Calibration, Temperature Mapping and SAP PM, Calibration & Breakdown Maintenance module. Adherence to Preventive Maintenance and Calibration schedule. Should be able to work on SAP PM and RGP systems. Should have execution knowledge on guidelines, ISPE, ISO, WHO and 21CFR part 11. Should have knowledge on equipment Qualifications. Hands on experience in working with temperature sensor, pressure transmitter, proximity sensors, flow meter, pH, ORP, and conductivity sensors, basic programming knowledge of PLC's and Drives (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Zenon, WinCC etc) To maintain minimum breakdown time and ensure the maximum availability of Equipment for production usage. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, GDP, GEP and EHS requirements. Inventory management.: Vendor identification, Request for Quotations, Placing Purchase Requests for spares, equipment and service. Ensure safe working environment for the employees and Issue of work permits for every activity. To Identify, Implement energy conservation measures and continual improvements.
