Job Description

Job Description: German GmbH Formation & Compliance Specialist (Fully Managed Service)
Position Type: Remote Consultant / Legal Service Provider
Location Requirement: Must be physically based in Germany (for notarization/local compliance)
Language Requirement: Fluent in English & Arabic (written/verbal)
Service Scope: End-to-end company setup & maintenance for non-resident owners

Core Responsibilities

Company Formation
Handle all steps to establish a GmbH (limited liability company):
      1. Draft & notarize articles of association (Gesellschaftsvertrag)
      2. Register with Commercial Register (Handelsregister)
    1. Obtain German tax ID & VAT number (USt-IdNr)
    2. Manage €25,000 minimum capital deposit (if required)
Banking & Financial Setup
    1. Open a German business bank account for non-resident directors (e.g., N26, Commerzbank)
    2. Facilitate international money transfers & payment processing
Ongoing Compliance
    1. Monthly bookkeeping & VAT filings (UStVA)
    2. Prepare & submit annual financial statements (Jahresabschluss)
    3. Handle corporate tax filings (Körperschaftsteuer)
Legal & Document Certification
    1. Arrange notarization of all contracts by German lawyers
    2. Provide Saudi Embassy-certified documents
    3. Ship original documents internationally + digital copies

Mandatory Requirements

German legal qualification (Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater, or Notar)
Direct access to local notaries & tax offices
Proven experience with non-EU clients (especially Arabic-speaking)
  • Ability to act as nominee director (if required)

Client’s Special Conditions

  • Zero operational involvement: Full remote management
  • Arabic communication only: No English calls (email/WhatsApp preferred)
  • Profit repatriation: Clear process for dividend distributions

  1. License proof (e.g., Chamber of Commerce registration)
  2. Sample GmbH formation timeline (from notarization to VAT number)

Budget Range:
