Salary:
$50,000 (BA 0�4, 2025�2026 Salary Schedule)
Qualifications:
- Must have or be able to obtain Iowa teaching certification with appropriate Spanish endorsement
- Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States
Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Spanish language instruction and second-language acquisition strategies
- Ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans aligned to standards
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, students, and families to support student success
- Utilize technology to enhance instruction and student learning
