Role Purpose
The Business Value Consulting Methodology & Transformation Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, documentation, adoption and continuous improvement of the methodologies, frameworks, standards and operational practices that underpin the Worldwide BVC organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Client Experience, GTM Standards & Methodology, this individual will help translate strategic objectives into scalable frameworks, playbooks, learning assets, governance models and operational processes that drive consistency and excellence across the global BVC organisation.
The role combines research, analysis, instructional design, methodology development and organisational change support to help mature the BVC operating model and client engagement experience globally.

Core Focus Areas
Methodology Development
• Support the creation and maintenance of BVC methodologies • Develop repeatable client engagement frameworks • Document best practices and lessons learned • Maintain methodology repositories and standards
Framework & Playbook Creation
• Create reusable playbooks and engagement guides • Develop templates and standard operating procedures • Build governance and quality assurance frameworks • Ensure documentation remains current and relevant
Research & Analysis
• Conduct industry and competitive research • Analyse trends impacting BVC and value consulting • Benchmark internal practices against industry standards • Support thought leadership initiatives
Organisational Transformation
• Support transformation projects across WW BVC • Assist with change management activities • Develop communications and adoption plans • Track transformation progress and outcomes
Learning & Enablement
• Design learning materials and educational content • Create onboarding resources and role guides • Support internal workshops and enablement sessions • Build knowledge-sharing mechanisms across regions
Governance & Operational Excellence
• Support governance reviews and audits • Measure adherence to standards and methodologies • Produce reporting and insights • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
