Agency Management Project Intern (TikTok Live Japan) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of Live Internationalization TCNs (TikTok Creator Network) and assist in coordinating and responding to TCN-related requests and needs.
• Handle daily follow-ups on TCN issues and feedback on product features; identify common pain points across regional TCNs, optimize solutions, develop SOPs, and document/standardize service approaches and best-practice cases.
• Regularly track key performance and operational metrics for TCNs, monitor project progress, and ensure smooth delivery of ongoing initiatives.
• Take ownership of localization-related work, including local strategy adaptation and execution.
• Participate in cross-functional communication and coordination to improve cross-team collaboration efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or above
• Advanced level of Japanese plus English
• Passionate about live streaming, with a solid understanding of live content formats and engagement mechanics
• Strong data awareness, logical thinking, and the ability to think independently
• High sense of ownership and responsibility; strong self-learning ability; detail-oriented, reliable, execution-driven, and with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualification

• Candidates who are able to start ASAP and can intern for 3 months or longer and be on-site are preferred
