Job Description

•    Service, repair and replace hydraulic components and systems.
•    Use digital diagnostic equipment to identify issues. 
•    Analyse and interpret technical diagrams. 
•    Complete and process job reports and other paperwork as per the existing company process. 
•    Fix faulty hydraulic components and parts.
•    Carry out health audits of equipment.
•    Identify and diagnose issues with equipment hydraulic systems.
•    Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals. 
•    Inspecting, analysing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment 
•    Maintain clean work area, properly use and take care of workplace, ensure work safety & use safe techniques and responsible for on-the-job safety practice.
•    Participate in Kaizens. 
•    Report unsafe acts/unsafe conditions in App. 
•    Maintain daily records of the activities. 
•    Participate in housekeeping, 5S activities. 
•    Perform other duties assigned by Workshop Manager/Team Leader. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES 
•    Diploma in mechanical/automobile/electrical discipline with around 4-6 years of hands on experience in troubleshooting, repair, installation, service of mining /construction industries.  
•    Understanding of repair & installation of hydraulic components like pumps, motors, gear box, Axle etc. 
•    Should be able to understand & troubleshoot mechanical circuits independently.  
•    Thorough knowledge on steps involved and resources used in assembly, dis-assembly of mining/construction equipment.
•    Detail Oriented, Good communication ability both verbal and in writing. 
•    Effective interpersonal skills, Team Player with high integrity and professionalism
