- đŻ Own and drive the vision and outcomes for foundational product areas, ensuring systems meet the highest standards of reliability and integrity
- đ Translate complex compliance, audit, and financial requirements into clear, actionable product direction
- đșïž Shape and communicate a compelling product roadmap while balancing priorities, risks, and trade-offs
- đ€ Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to deliver aligned, scalable solutions
- đ§ Identify and unblock cross-team dependencies, ensuring smooth execution against key milestones

- Extensive experience in product or program management within financial or compliance-driven environments
- Proven track record delivering scalable, auditable systems that meet global regulatory standards
- Demonstrated success leading and developing product management teams
- Strong ability to bridge technical, financial, and regulatory perspectives into practical product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Highly organized and execution-focused, with a bias toward delivering outcomes
- Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking meaningful success metrics
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product management outcomes and delivery
