About the role

Do you have a strong service mindset and quick understanding when dealing with new issues? Do you have a strategic mindset and love working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are an international company seeking an experienced and innovative support agent to join our team in Venlo.
In this role, you will be working as a support agent recording, analyzing and processing incoming support requests. You will collaborate with multiple teams to generate great customer satisfaction with customers across Europe. Your mission

  • You record, analyze and process incoming support requests via a ticket system
  • Your focus is on processing customer enquiries and complaints
  • You work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Your profile

  • Initial experience in customer service, support, sales, or parcel logistics
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and hands-on-mentality
  • Friendly and solution-orientated conversation skills
  • Strong service mindset and quick understanding when dealing with new issues
  • Native in Dutch, fluent in written and spoken English
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority
