Job Description
The Competitive Intelligence & Strategy role within Supply Chain is responsible for driving data-backed insights that shape short- and long-term supply chain strategy. This individual will monitor market dynamics, supplier and competitor behaviors, cost structures, and emerging trends to enable fact-based decision-making
Key Responsibilities Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Track and analyze competitor supply chain strategies, cost models, sourcing footprints
- Monitor supplier market dynamics including capacity constraints, consolidation, pricing trends, and geopolitical risks
- Develop regular competitive intelligence briefs, dashboards, and executive-ready insights
Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics
- Support the development of multi-year supply chain strategies and scenario planning
- Conduct cost benchmarking vs. competitors and industry peers
- Identify structural cost reduction and value creation opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain
Business Partnership & Influence
- Partner with business units, and operations teams to inform sourcing and network decisions
- Collaborate with Finance on modeling, forecasting, and business case development
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Tools, Data & Insights
- Leverage internal data, external benchmarks, and third-party intelligence sources
- Translate complex data into clear, concise strategic narratives

A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics or equivalent degree from an accredited international university

15+ years’ experience in Supply Chain roles to include S&OP, new product introduction planning, and supply chain process improvement

Semiconductor fab and packaging experience will be preferred

Self-starter with strong supply chain experience

Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites

Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative

Advanced Excel and Database skills, with experience in building complex models and working with large data sets

Ability to recognize patterns on their own after analyzing a complex data and present findings to leaders in clear, concise, manner

Strong business acumen

Ability and flexibility to work under pressure with ambiguity

Proactively questions current practices; ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements

Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
