Job Description
Key responsibilities: Managing nd optimize SAP Sybase ASE and Replication Server SAP Sybase (ASE, IQ, Replication Server) environments hosted on cloud infrastructure, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS)to ensure high performance, security, and 24x7 availability. Installing/upgrading databases, performing backups/recoveries, tuning performance, managing user access, and configuring high-availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) solutions. Designing and implementing Sybase environments on AWS EC2 or migrating on-premises Sybase workloads to AWS RDS for SQL Server using tools like AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) . Knowledge in MS SQL Server DB Administration.
