Job Description
The Senior Systems Engineer is a Tier 2 application support role responsible for the effective operation, configuration, and functional support of the NavOne application (Quantios) supporting the Global Financial Solutions (GFS) business unit. This role provides deep expertise in NavOne functionality and acts as a key escalation point for complex functional, configuration, and data related issues. A core requirement of this role is strong Microsoft SQL Server capability, used to support complex troubleshooting, data analysis, reporting, and controlled data updates. The role balances operational support with functional ownership, documentation, and user enablement in a regulated financial services environment.
