Overview We are hiring a Planning Business Director to help shape ambitious, integrated media strategies for globally recognised brands including Signet and Abbott

You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting data, insight and creativity to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels

What you’ll be doing: Lead the development of integrated, cross-channel media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes Act as the day-to-day senior client partner, building strong, trusted relationships and guiding strategic direction Translate campaign goals into clear briefs and actionable plans across digital and offline channels Analyse performance data to uncover insights, optimise media investment and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned to strategy Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations confidently in client-facing sessions Support and guide team members, creating a collaborative environment that encourages growth and high-quality work Skills we’re looking for: Strong experience in performance planning or digital media strategy across multiple channels Confidence working with data and insights to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities Ability to build meaningful client relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly Experience leading projects or teams, with a focus on collaboration and support Understanding of how different media channels contribute to overall business performance Organised and able to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment Curious mindset with a passion for learning, innovation and continuous improvement Additional information Spark Foundry offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees
