Service Team Leader

As our Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing performance across the Yorkshire region. You’ll be responsible for effective rota management, supporting a team of Specialists, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and helping to grow future business opportunities.   You’ll work closely with Specialists, sales teams, RBMs, and technical colleagues to ensure customers receive outstanding value and consistent service delivery.   You’ll collaborate daily with: - Reproductive Management Specialists - Sales & Breeding Advisors and Key Account Managers - Regional Business Managers - Customers - Business Development Managers - TAG Team
