Job Description
Under the direction of the Center Director, the Assistant Center Director supports the daily operations of an early childhood education center in alignment with the mission and policies of the YMCA of the East Bay. This role assists with staffing coordination, maintaining teacher-child ratios, family communication, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The Assistant Center Director helps monitor daily activities to support smooth, high-quality center operations.
