This Position reports to:

HR Team Lead

 

We are looking for ELC Intern (HR Operations) to support employee lifecycle activities for ABB entities in Poland.

About the Internship:

• Start date: 1st/13th of July 2026
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• 100% Office Work
• We expect availability 20–30 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

Supporting the Employee Lifecycle Management (ELC) team in administrative tasks, including:

• Archiving documents,
• Receiving and sorting mail,
• Preparing outgoing shipments,
• Updating tools used to track incoming documentation,
• Coordinating the dispatch of documents to an external archive.

Requirements: 

• Current Student status
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a must-have
• Good written and spoken English & Polish
