Marketing Automations Specialist
Job Description
馃實 We鈥檙e making security suck less for developers.
Security tools haven鈥檛 kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.
We鈥檙e taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we鈥檙e winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you鈥檙e in the right place.
Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We鈥檙e building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.
We're looking for a Marketing Automations Specialist who lives and breathes campaign execution. You'll work within our HubSpot setup - alongside a dedicated CRM owner - to build and run the nurture programs, lifecycle campaigns, and email workflows that move prospects through the funnel. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and DataOps teams to make sure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
Responsibilities
Own and operate our HubSpot instance: manage workflows, lifecycle stages, contact properties, segmentation, and data hygiene to keep our automation stack clean and scalable.
Support campaign execution (email, ads, events) from an ops perspective - build lists, ensure correct tracking of it, set up and QA email nurture campaigns, and enable product & event marketers to launch email campaigns efficiently.
Design dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, CS, event team, and partnerships team to help them track performance. This includes funnel metrics, campaign performance, attribution models, and pipeline tracking.
Handle and execute marketing operations requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships by building dashboards, workflows, fields, forms, and other CRM solutions that enable them to work effectively.
Develop and maintain lead scoring models that reflect true buying intent, ensuring high-quality MQLs are handed off to Sales and prioritised correctly.
Operationalize campaign execution together with the Marketing team: set up tracking, build landing page forms, configure UTMs, and ensure clean data capture across all channels.
Monitor automation health and proactively flag issues - broken workflows, deliverability drops, scoring models that need tuning - before they impact pipeline.
Identify inefficiencies across go-to-market teams and automate or redesign workflows to save time and reduce manual work.
Create clear Notion documentation for systems and processes, and train internal teams and new joiners so they use HubSpot correctly and consistently.
