Responsibilities
- Architect bespoke offshore wealth structures (trusts, PPLI, foundations) and deliver cross-border tax optimization strategies aligned with multi-generational succession goals.
- Curate and manage a vetted network of external experts—fiduciaries, tax counsel, immigration attorneys—to deliver integrated, end-to-end client solutions.
- Design technical training curricula on complex wealth structures (CFC rules, CRS compliance, pre-IPO planning) and facilitate scenario-based workshops for advisors.
- Orchestrate executive briefings and private roundtables on critical wealth themes to deepen client relationships and demonstrate technical authority.
- Monitor evolving tax treaties, CRS/FATCA developments, and jurisdictional regulatory changes to preemptively adjust client strategies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in private banking, family office advisory, or Big Four wealth/tax consulting, with proven expertise in Greater China cross-border structures.
- Mastery of offshore trust law (BVI, Cayman, Singapore), international tax treaties, and advanced insurance solutions; direct experience with global mobility programs (CBI/RBI) preferred.
- Established relationships with offshore trustees, private client lawyers, and tax advisors across APAC.
- Degree in Finance, Law, or Accounting; TEP, STEP, or CPA/CFA preferred; bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable client strategies; proven project management and presentation skills.
