As Commercial Manager for Halo, you will take ownership of the commercial growth strategy for the platform, helping establish Halo as a market-leading SaaS product within sport, hospitality and live events.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will own the entire sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and building relationships through to product demonstrations, commercial negotiations and contract signature.
You won't inherit a mature sales machine.
You'll help create it.
You'll build pipeline.
Shape go-to-market strategy.
Identify new sectors.
Win clients.
And help define the future commercial direction of the product.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
- Own and drive new business sales for Halo
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
- Build and manage a pipeline across sport, entertainment, hospitality and events
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Lead prospect meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations
Market Development
- Identify new sectors and growth opportunities
- Build relationships with brands, rights-holders, agencies and event organisers
- Represent Halo at industry events and conferences
- Help position Halo as a market-leading solution within the industry
Sales & Client Management
- Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams
- Support onboarding and long-term client success
Product & Strategy
- Provide market feedback to the product team
- Help shape future product development priorities
- Contribute to commercial planning and growth strategy
- Play an active role in the evolution of Halo as a business
Skills & Experience Required
You're commercially driven, entrepreneurial and energised by growth.

You're comfortable opening doors, building relationships and navigating complex sales conversations.

You'll likely bring:
- Experience selling SaaS, technology or software solutions
- A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders

- Experience or interest within sport, events, hospitality or sponsorship
