Job Description
Responsible for the front-line management of the kitchen and kitchen personnel in Baja Billy’s Mexican Cantina. Ensures the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Assists the Executive Chef in the overall responsibility of the planning and preparation of special events. Oversees the training program for new hires and the development of current employees. Must have extensive experience cooking Mexican cuisine.
