Founded in Sweden in 1936, Hubexo specializes in project information, eTendering, product information, market intelligence, and specification solutions.With operations in more than 20 countries and a workforce of 2,500 employees, Hubexo helps customers sell more efficiently, build sustainably, and lead the future of construction innovation.In the Philippines, Hubexo operates under the legal name BCI Central.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on HubSpot Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Hubexo’s global HubSpot ecosystem.This role will play a critical part in driving CRM transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions while supporting large-scale migrations from legacy CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, and custom-built systems.You will combine strategic solution architecture with hands-on configuration, automation, integration, and data migration work while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and external implementation partners.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future commercial systems landscape of a fast-growing global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and end-to-end implementation of HubSpot architecture across Sales, Marketing, and Service HubsManage CRM migration projects from Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, and custom-built platforms into HubSpotConfigure HubSpot objects, properties, workflows, automations, pipelines, permissions, and integrationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable HubSpot solutionsDefine and maintain data governance standards, access controls, reporting structures, and CRM best practicesLead and mentor a small technical team while coordinating with external vendors and integration partnersPartner closely with Integration Developers to connect HubSpot with NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, and other business systemsProvide technical expertise for API integrations, troubleshooting, and workflow optimizationMaintain documentation for configurations, architecture, data models, and operational processesDrive continuous improvement, system optimization, user enablement, and adoption across teamsWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful CRM transformation and migration initiatives delivered on time and with high adoptionScalable, well-governed HubSpot architecture supporting business growthSeamless integrations across commercial and operational platformsImproved automation, reporting, and sales/marketing operational efficiencyStrong collaboration across technical and business stakeholders globallyQualifications & ExperienceEssentialBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field5–10 years of experience in CRM design, configuration, and implementation, including strong HubSpot expertiseProven track record delivering CRM migration and transformation projectsDeep knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service HubExperience integrating HubSpot with platforms such as NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, or similar SaaS systemsStrong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, APIs, and integration tools such as Make.com, Zapier, Workato, or similar platformsHands-on experience configuring workflows, automations, custom objects, reporting, and user permissions within HubSpotHubSpot certifications in Administration, Solutions Architecture, or Data ManagementExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business teamsNice to HaveExperience leading global or regional CRM transformation programsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or other enterprise CRM platformsExposure to SaaS subscription businesses, revenue operations, or commercial systems architectureExperience with API development, middleware platforms, or iPaaS solutionsKnowledge of RevOps, lead lifecycle management, and sales process optimizationExperience with reporting tools, dashboards, and CRM analyticsAgile, Scrum, or project delivery experienceExposure to AI-powered automation, CRM optimization, or workflow intelligence toolsExperience managing small technical or functional teamsAdditional certifications in HubSpot, integrations, or business systems architectureWhy Join Hubexo?Be part of a global technology-driven organization transforming the construction industryLead high-impact CRM transformation initiatives across multiple regionsWork with modern SaaS platforms and enterprise business systemsCollaborate with international teams in a flexible hybrid work environmentOpportunity to influence and shape the future commercial systems strategy of a growing global businessIf you are passionate about CRM architecture, automation, integrations, and driving digital transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
