Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Implementing fiscal closing activities and report system according to legal, and Grammer group requirements in coordination with the Grammer tax department (e.g. tax returns, return for tax on sales and purchases) Organizing and implementing monthly-, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including evaluations according to legal, and group requirements Implementing accounting projects, carry-out automation-optimizations, working out guidelines and process requirements Accounting according to accounting policies (IFRS/ HGB/ etc.) Adherence to the correct procedure of relevant processes in day-to-day-business (e.g. bank transactions, accounting matters, etc.) Carry-out analyses in the field of accounting (e.g. aging lists of debtors, etc.) Responsible for fixed asset accounting Responsible for subsidiary ledgers: payables/ receivables Accounting IC participations with Grammer-companies, securing IC coordination with Grammer-companies Commercial contact person for inventory- and tax matters Contact person for banks, tax consultants, tax office, and auditors Internal reporting (e.g. monthly reports), external reporting Working out complex accounting-specific specialist topics (e.g. loans, capital increase), decision recommendations, and depicting scenarios for the management Functional and disciplinary leadership of the department Determining and controlling department objectives and projects Motivating, supporting, developing colleagues and coordinating the distribution of tasks for the colleagues
