Apoio ás rotinas administrativas da empresa, atuando no controle do fluxo de pagamentos, incluindo abertura e acompanhamento de requisições de pagamento, organização de documentos, controles internos e follow-up com áreas parceiras.
Suporte às áreas de RH e QHSE, auxiliando em demandas administrativas, atualização de planilhas, organização de arquivos, comunicados internos e demais atividades operacionais do dia a dia.
Apoio à recepção e atendimento telefônico, recepcionando visitantes, direcionando ligações, apoiando o controle de correspondências e contribuindo para a organização do ambiente corporativo.

 

 

 

Principais atividades:

• Apoio no controle do fluxo de pagamentos;

• Abertura e acompanhamento de requisições de pagamento;

• Organização de documentos, planilhas e controles administrativos;

• Suporte administrativo às áreas de RH e QHSE;

• Atendimento à recepção, visitantes e ligações telefônicas;

• Apoio no controle de correspondências, arquivos e materiais internos.
