Job Description
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Hourly Non-Exempt
COMPENSATION: Based on Classified Pay Model
WORK CALENDAR: 183 Day Calendar
STANDARD HOURS: 6.75 Hours/Day
PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District
Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional assistance as needed.
- Follow the IEP as written and developed by the teacher of record.
- Perform all duties as indicated by the supervising teachers and the administration.
- Assist with supervision and instruction of pre-school students.
Qualifications:
- The preferred candidate will be a licensed elementary teacher; at least 48 college credits; an associates degree or willing to take and achieve a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment prior to beginning work.
- The preferred candidate will have experience working with elementary children.
- The preferred candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
