Senior Product Manager, Brand Ads

Job Description

The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own one of TikTok's Brand Ads products, including revenue goal setting, product positioning, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive end-to-end product development, from identifying product opportunities and defining requirements to product design, execution, launch, and impact measurement.
  • Own the pricing strategy. Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to design robust and competitive pricing mechanisms that drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • 3+ years of experience in media platforms, brand advertising, product management, or a related field.
  • Strong product design and product management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business contexts, identify key issues, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Comfortable working in a global environment and collaborating with teams across different regions and cultures.
