Branch Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and profitable operation of an assigned branch location. This role oversees all aspects of daily branch operations, including safety, customer satisfaction, inventory management, labor productivity, cost control, and sales support. The Site Manager uses performance metrics, Lean, and continuous improvement principles to drive operational excellence while developing and leading a high-performing team.
