About the Role
This role combines Data Engineering and Power BI. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, deliver trusted analytics and dashboards, and automate data-driven business processes to support enterprise decision making.Job Description
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations to support increasing data volume and complexity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy solutions for EDW, Data Marts, and Customer 360 databases.
Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and proper documentation across the data platforms and tools.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to monitor company KPIs and support decision‑making.
Review and optimize existing reports and dashboards to standardize metrics and visualizations across the organization.
Identify and automate manual or repetitive data and reporting processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or BI development.
- Strong proficiency in: SQL, ETL tools, Replication tools, Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and data integration.
- Familiarity with financial or insurance industry data is highly preferred.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
