Beverage Supervisor-205001

Responsible for the supervision of all Beverage associates ensuring operational standards and guest services are in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort's policies and procedures and Gaming regulations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIS:

Supervises all Beverage Servers on assigned shift.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required. One to three years beverage serving experience. Gaming experience preferred. Some supervisory experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of ABC regulations.
