Enhancement Foreman

POSITION SUMMARY:
A Lifescape Assistant Foreman can work well with others, is dependable and takes direction. Responsible for leading the crew in the foreman�s absence, safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties.
COMPENSATION: $47,840-$50,000 per year
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately install project according to plans and on budget with guidance of Foreman
- Lead crew in preparation/execution of daily tasks, in the foreman�s absence
- Load truck and trailer as needed to and from job site/shop
- Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.
- Maintain open communication between crew and production management
- Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app
- Assist Foreman in managing project hours to budget
- Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
- Other duties and projects assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- OSHA-10 or higher (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
