Own the end-to-end global S&OP / IBP process, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP Define and maintain global standards, calendars, templates, and KPIs ensuring monthly content updates Ensure consistent application of the process across regions Continuously assess S&OP maturity and lead improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the global S&OP / IBP process (demand review, supply review, pre‑S&OP, Executive S&OP)
- Drive global standards, calendars, templates, and KPIs
- Facilitate Pre‑S&OP and Executive S&OP forums, ensuring decision‑focused discussions
- Provide insights on risks, gaps, scenarios, and trade‑offs
- Align demand, supply and financial plans across functions
- Define key planning KPIs and promote use of analytics and scenario planning
- Support APS tool implementation with IT & Planning Excellence
- Build regional/local capabilities and support change management
- Ensure integration with budgeting, long‑range planning, strategic projects
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10+ years in Supply Chain or Planning roles
- 5+ years leading S&OP / IBP at regional or global level
- Strong experience in executive‑level decision processes
- Background in complex or regulated industries (pharma/FMCG/industrial) preferred
- Experience implementing S&OP frameworks is a plus
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
- APICS / IBF / IBP certification is an advantage
