Implementing projects, enhancement and support operations within SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to defined SOPs.
Conducting requirement study with business users for new projects and enhancement.
Prepare design documents, test scripts and others necessary in accordance with SOP.
To act as the touch point for users of those modules for issues, queries, and enhancements.
Facilitate system improvements and automation that would minimize manual operations.
Work independently to find solutions, be it doing research, or liaising with consultants and other external parties.
Provide training to end-users when required or as requested by them.
Assess impact of support issues and recommend for enhancement and resolution, where suitable.
Determine requirements and deliverables through discussions with users, where applicable
Ensure proposal, change request or service order fulfils user requirements in terms of scope, deliverables and timing.
