Job Description

  • Provide support maintenance services and issue resolution for HR systems.
  • Implementing projects, enhancement and support operations within SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to defined SOPs.
  • Conducting requirement study with business users for new projects and enhancement.
  • Prepare design documents, test scripts and others necessary in accordance with SOP.
  • To act as the touch point for users of those modules for issues, queries, and enhancements.
  • Facilitate system improvements and automation that would minimize manual operations.
  • Work independently to find solutions, be it doing research, or liaising with consultants and other external parties.
  • Provide training to end-users when required or as requested by them.
  • Assess impact of support issues and recommend for enhancement and resolution, where suitable.
  • Determine requirements and deliverables through discussions with users, where applicable
  • Ensure proposal, change request or service order fulfils user requirements in terms of scope, deliverables and timing.
