Portfolio Delivery Coordinator As our highly valued Portfolio Delivery Coordinator based in Brisbane (or Sydney) your role will support the effective coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home. You’ll make an impact by: Supporting the coordination of portfolio and initiative activities to ensure delivery stays on track Maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules, status reports and financial tracking across initiatives Supporting governance processes, ensuring documentation, reporting and milestones are delivered on time Coordinating inputs across teams to keep deliverables progressing and aligned Identifying risks, issues and dependencies early, and supporting actions to keep delivery moving Maintaining collaboration tools, communication channels and delivery artefacts Supporting continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates and ways of working Providing reliable administrative and coordination support that enables teams to deliver efficiently Do things differently with us This is a hands-on delivery support role. You’ll operate as a core part of the PMO, balancing structured portfolio coordination with the day-to-day administrative work that keeps initiatives moving. You’ll work closely with Enterprise Portfolio leaders, Delivery Leads and delivery teams, not just supporting governance and reporting, but actively managing the detail. That means maintaining schedules, tracking financials, coordinating inputs, updating systems and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll bring structure, organisation and follow-through to a fast-moving environment, taking ownership of both the coordination and the admin required to keep delivery on track. To succeed in this role, you will have: 2+ years’ experience in project administration or delivery support roles A solid understanding of project delivery fundamentals and lifecycle Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience supporting reporting, scheduling, financial tracking or governance activities Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records Confidence working both independently and as part of a team Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management (desirable)
