Job Description

The Property Management Advisor oversees the acquisition, utilization, tracking, and disposal of U.S. Government property in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of State Acquisition Regulations (DOSAR). This role involves developing asset management policies, managing inventory, supporting audits and inspections, and coordinating across agencies to ensure accountability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The advisor provides leadership to property control personnel and ensures all reporting and documentation requirements are met accurately and on time.
