Clearance Level: U.S. Citizen with Secret clearance
Location: On-site – Mobile, AL

Position Summary

NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support oversight of shipbuilder performance by conducting Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and EVM analysis aligned with DCMA and ANSI-748 standards.

Roles / Responsibilities

IMS / EVMS Analysis

• Analyze shipbuilder IMS and assess schedule performance
• Conduct variance analysis (CPR, CFSR, CCDR, EAC)
• Identify risks to cost, schedule, and performance

EVMS Surveillance

• Conduct EVMS compliance reviews and surveillance
• Validate contractor reporting against DCMA and ANSI-748 standards

Reporting & Forecasting

• Develop reports, metrics, and forecasts for OPC PRO leadership
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and recovery plans

Mandatory Qualifications

• US Citizen
  
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree (engineering, technical, or business)
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting shipbuilding/project management
  
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
  
• Knowledge of EVMS, DCMA, ANSI-EIA 748
  

Preferred Qualifications

• EVMP certification
• Experience with production surveillance in shipyards
