Clearance Level: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance
Location: On-site – Mobile, AL
Hours: Standard business hours with surge support for data calls
Position Summary
NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support data management operations by designing and maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, dashboards, and repositories to enable real-time program execution, document control, and rapid response to high-tempo data calls.
Roles / Responsibilities
SharePoint Development & Workflow Automation
- Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and data repositories
- Implement document lifecycle workflows (creation, approval, indexing)
- Maintain version-controlled program documentation
Data Management & Reporting
- Support data mining, metrics development, and reporting
- Provide dashboards and performance metrics to OPC PRO leadership
- Maintain data repositories and ensure configuration control
High-Tempo Data Call Support
- Support rapid-turn data calls (24-hour and <4-hour response timelines)
- Monitor SharePoint activity and notify COR of issues within 1 day
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active Secret clearance (Top Secret / SCI strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4 years SharePoint development experience
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in performance metrics and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting acquisition or shipbuilding programs
- Knowledge of configuration-controlled environments
