Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of mold design and manufacturing
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (preferably SolidWorks)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in thermoforming (preferred)
- Experience with multi-cavity thermoforming molds
- Knowledge of food packaging production standards
- ERP system experience
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
