Service Manager

Nwestco has been a leader in petroleum equipment and service for 25+ years across the Northwest and Rockies. We�re growing and need a Field Service Manager in Denver to lead our service team.
This role is built for a senior/lead technician ready to step into leadership or an experienced manager who still likes being close to the work. You�ll be responsible for keeping jobs moving, supporting your techs in the field, and making sure customers are taken care of.
Salary Range: $70,000 � $85,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and industry background.

Your Mission:

Run scheduling and dispatch so techs are set up to succeed

Keep jobs moving and make sure work orders are handled right
-
Help your team troubleshoot tough jobs when needed

Track performance�response times, productivity, job quality

Review timesheets for payroll and billing accuracy

Work with the office on invoicing and past-due jobs

Keep licenses, certs, and compliance up to date

Coach and develop techs�help them level up

Support hiring, training, and building a strong team

Work with leadership to improve operations and grow the business

Lead regular meetings focused on safety and job quality
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Experience in petroleum equipment, fuel systems (UST/AST), dispensers, or similar work
-
Background as a senior/lead tech, supervisor, or service manager
-
Experience leading or helping other techs in the field
-
Strong hands-on knowledge�you can still jump in and help when needed

Experience with scheduling, dispatch, and managing multiple jobs

Solid understanding of service work orders and customer service

Good communication with both techs and customers
-
Able to stay organized and keep jobs on track
-
Experience with service software or dispatch systems is a plus
Before You Leap:
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. This position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
