Purpose of Role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Co-Curricular & Business Development Officer to ensure the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of enrichment programmes, extra-curricular activities, holiday programmes, and related business development initiatives.

ISP Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Co-Curricular & Business Development Officer.
Maintain accurate records of programmes, student registrations, attendance, schedules, and correspondence.
Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.
Manage filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure documentation is up to date.
Assist in coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Support the planning and administration of extra-curricular and holiday programmes.
Assist with student enrolment processes, programme registrations, and parent communications.
Coordinate logistics such as venues, equipment, transport arrangements, and programme materials.
Maintain programme schedules and distribute updates to relevant stakeholders & assist with collecting feedback and preparing programme evaluation summaries.
Process purchase requests, invoices, and payment documentation in accordance with school procedures.
Respond to routine enquiries from parents, students, staff, and external providers in a professional manner.
Support the organisation of school events, open days, showcases, and related activities.
Support the administration of contracts, agreements, and related paperwork as required.
Undertake other duties reasonably requested by the Co-Curricular & Business Development Officer or school leadership.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external providers.
