Responsibilities:
- Pixel circuit and photodiode design as discussing with process integration group, modeling group, characterization group and peripheral circuit group.
- Achieve best pixel performance with optimization among photodiodes and pixel circuit.
- Analyze pixel performance problems as discussing with process integration group, modeling group, characterization group and peripheral circuit group, and improve problems.
- Create and develop new image sensor technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in pixel optimization
- Minimum 10 year experience on device based technologies including developing advanced processes; CIS process is a plus.
- MSEE or MS Physics or equivalent required; PhD is a plus
- Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
- Project management skill is a plus
- Language skill: Japanese and English business level
