YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Supporting the Department Manager in leading the team and driving strong performance through close collaboration Being actively present on the sales floor to guide and support daily operations Assisting in training, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals Delivering excellent customer service through hands-on support and by leading by example Conducting regular merchandise analysis and optimizing the sales floor in line with visual merchandising guidelines and marketing strategies Assisting in collaboration with the buying team to enhance product selection and ensure strong availability WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have at least 1 year of management experience, preferably in fashion—but experience in FMCG or other service-oriented fields is also welcome You’re passionate about delivering great customer service and creating positive experiences You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in with a hands-on approach You love fashion and lifestyle and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required WHAT WE OFFER Individual sales bonus Employee referral reward program 25% employee discount in our stores Christmas bonus Additional vacation days according to period of employement Private medical care package Security of a 120 year old successful family business A dynamic working environment based on teamwork and individual responsibility Personal and professional development opportunities For the position of Deputy Sales Manager, we offer you a monthly salary of 1,560 EUR excluding taxes. Higher salaries are possible depending on qualifications and experience, all subject to negotiation.
