The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and Service Technicians by gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

- Preparing repair orders, updating databases with relevant details of orders, and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services
- Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers
- Performing road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns
- Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
- Striving to meet the department’s repair order production standards
- Perform other Service related duties as required by management
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive service industry
- CDK or Xtime experience is an asset.
- Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities
- Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our loyal customers.
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
